Ten Ways to Take a Break From Cancer

I've asked folks coping with cancer how often they think about cancer. The answers surprised me. It's more likely you'll think about cancer many times every hour if cancer is impacting the quality of your life every day.

The fear of reoccurance or waiting for test results increases the frequency of stress and thoughts about cancer.
